Announcing CFEngine 3.18.7 and 3.21.4

Hello fellow CFEngineers,
We are happy to announce the availability of CFEngine 3.18.7 and 3.21.4, our latest LTS patch releases.
Being a patch releases they primarily contain bug fixes but there is a notable change in behavior related to the preferred location for ignore_interfaces.rx, check out the Change in behavior: ignore_interfaces.rx prefers a new location blog post for those details. Packages built on and for Debian 12 are also new in these releases.

Community packages for 3.21.4 and 3.18.7 are available from the community download page and public repositories. Enterprise packages are available from the Enterprise package download page.
