is there a web ui in the community edition?

There is Delta Reporting (https://github.com/neilhwatson/delta_reporting) but it has not been maintained in some time.

Rudder (https://www.rudder.io/) from Normation uses the CFEngine agent along with various other open source tools.

CFEngine Enterprise (https://cfengine.com/download/), formerly known as Nova is made by Northern.tech (formerly CFEngine).
