PHP+javascript in command line, Is Helma what i need?

Hi all,
I have a server-side, PHP script that will be run from the command-
line.
My PHP script needs to call a function in a JavaScript and capture
the return value and pass it with php. Also the javascripts files that
i need to work with are in a remote server, so i need to include to my
php script.
I need to find a way to run all of this, can be Helma my solution?
