HopSession Cookies management

Hey guys, 

Is there a way to get a list of session._id for a particular user? 

Or is there a method / function to pass it a cookie value to see if it belongs to particular user?

just to answer my own questions.  It is 

app.createSession( <value of the session cookie>);
