I do this as well, from my bank and credit card companies. They aren't set up for automation.
I presume you can export the files just fine. Once you have them you need to make some changes. I often open up the files in Numbers, and remove some of the columns. Then I save it out as a tsv and open it in BBEdit so I can change the records separators to "Unix" which changes the record endings to linefeeds instead of carriage returns, which won't import into Helix.
It's a setting at the bottom of the page, rather than having to use Find and Replace. There are other ways to do this, but BBEdit is a great tool and I'm happy to support them...

My brokerage has a form that can be downloaded. This form contains among other things, the
timely pr/share of all of ones holdings. I would like to update those numbers in my Helix
application. Previously done with dump and load. So I find import and export useful. Only need to know
how to achieve it. What did you mean by dynamic? I am not a skilled Helix user but have managed to
crate a program for stocks and options which I still depend on. Still using Mojave. At 90 it becomes
a little more difficult changing and acomplising . Thanks for your reply

I will add that exporting and importing has very little use. It might be great for exporting a list for analysis in Excel, or Numbers, but beyond that that interactions should be dynamic.
