[Hx] More info on Helix 8

I'm probably having a mental block somewhere. Have not till this point
used Helix 8.  However, a recent opportunity has me using it. Have read
through the release notes and am quite flummoxed. Can clearly see
changes that are not even mentioned in any of the notes I have read
starting with 7.04. Is there any documentation out there regarding the
changes that have been made?  I know I will feel stupid when it is
pointed out to me. Willing to experience that as reaching an
understanding of another person's code is always a challenge. Adding in
behavior that is quite different than what I am used to makes it much
more challenging and I am happy to be embarrassed if it will lead me to
a better understanding.

FWIW, the picture issues were what kept me at 6 so I am surprised by
Roger's thread.

Also FWIW I know I said goodby already and that is still mostly true.
However, an opportunity arose where my skills may be able to help a very
wonderful Helix user. Therefore, this old dinosaur just may have a
little more life left in him;-)

You’re no dinosaur. They’re extinct and you are very much not. I used jan Harrington‘s pdf book but found most changes straightforward. Why not convert an existing collection and look in inspector for changes
