A big "Thank You" Gib for all the hard work you put in over many, many years to maintain this. It was a labour of love to be sure, but well worth it.

Thank you for all the suggestions regarding replacements for Helix-L.  I’ve looked into some of them, and I’ve given a lot of thought to starting over.  Sadly, I ultimately decided not to do that.

So Thursday will be the last day for posting to the list; on Friday I will begin changing over my email system.  It’s been a real roller coaster since 1994, and I will certainly miss hearing from all of you, and the sense of community, but I feel happy that Helix, like the Phoenix, is rising again.  Cheers,
