__ Searched in Products and Services, it is empty, no filters, I only have a Trial Version. No email providing me any serial number either, and nothing appeared while downloading/installing the software. __

The very first month, since I was unable to get proof of my identity, I decided to use a cracked version. But it kept asking me to switch to a legit version (Fair enough), one day I had enough of it and got rid of it completely, I literally searched every "autodesk/maya" folder and key both in C:/ and REGEDIT and deleted it. Also Used the troubleshooter to remove stubborn software (Granted the Autodesk Maya 2019 still appears in programs and applications).

autodesk maya 2014 serial number 11

To add to it, I did send a ticket to autodesk, in the Friday before the last one, so I assumed I would get an answer by now, but I got nothing yet. I went to reddit, a dude tried to help me, but was unable.

So in the end, I'm not really coming to the forums expecting an answer, that ought to come from Autodesk itself, rather I want to get my issue out there and heard, not for attention, I just really need a student serial number.

I am trying to extrude with accurate, specific numbers but having some trouble. When I extrude and click on the "Thickness" tap to input number, say 0.05, nothing happens. Only way to move what I have extruded is to hold on to the arrow and move or click on Thickness and move from there, but it jumps straight from 0 to 1 which is too much.

Enter the serial number, hardware ID, and other information from the computer you want to obtain a license for in the form provided. When you receive the license, follow the instructions in the next section ( Installing a license) to license the computer you want to use.

Hi guys. Everytime i try to smooth preview (key 3) a fairly simple mesh, maya crashes all the time. Im really desperated trying to find the cause, so far without success. Already read similar problems related to maya 2015, but those solutions didnt work for me.

Well, sadly my patience is running over. I decided to delete the entire mesh that was causing problems, and start from scratch. Now, i can preview the mesh without problems, but when i try to combine it with other meshes, maya hangs out and i need to close it. If i try to combine the adyacent meshes with others, it also hangs out. I dont have a clue whats going on. Even with simple meshes of 20 polygons im having problems. Tried erasing history, reseting ransforms, etc, nothing seems to fix anything at all. At least im using the student version.. phew. I guess its time to switch to blender.

After, cleaning up the scene, erasing history and parenting some objects here and there, i managed to finally combine the mesh without crashing (i dunno how i did it...) but when i try to make a mirror of that combined mesh, it crashes maya. The part that is causing me so many headaches is the one called "MiddleBody" that was divided originally in 3 parts. Usually it will take a lot of time to maya to combine the meshes, like if something was wrong. I also didnt try to make a smooth preview of that mesh, but, why bother...

I mean. I keep getting these bugs from time to time, its ridiculous to even think on doing that everytime a mesh causes problems that cant be fixed because reasons we cant figure out in any way... we need to assume that maya 2016 is broken as hell and we cant work more than a couple of hours without finding some weird and unfixable issues? i really wanted to learn maya and buy the pro version this next year.. but not in hell im going to do that if the product is in such a buggy state, of course.

Thousands of UV maps??? in first place i didnt even create a single one for any of the meshes... this is what im talking about. Why maya adds thousands of uv maps to the scene??? this should be probably one of the most annoyings glitches ever lol. My workflow is, create the mesh, retouch vertexs, and preview smooth to see how it looks. THATS IT. In what moment i told maya to create thousands of uv maps??? i dont have a clue.

So, nobody knows how to fix it?? because im not going to "try again" just to see the same thing happens again. There isnt such an option to delete all uv maps or something like that?? im really allucinating with maya ... :s

And even if i could change that in any way, its impossible in my case to have, for example 5000 uv sets in that mesh. Its curious that i didnt even combine the same object twice before i started having problems. Its obvious that maya did something odd at some point.

I want to know how to get rid of all the green numbers on my model displaying the vertex number. After a clean uninstall/reinstall, this automatically happened when I pulled up my project. And this does this with any project I pulled up. I have no idea how this happened.

I just upgraded to 2015 where viewport 2.0 is now default however when I do a smooth mesh preview (number 3 on the keyboard) Maya crashes. I reopen and tested it in Legacy default viewport and hit 3 on a simple cube and it works fine, with that same cube in preview mode I switched back to viewport 2.0 and *crash*. I found someones post out in forums

So i've been stuck with this problem for a while and dont know what to do. When I try to input numbers in any number box, in the attribute editor, or channel box etc. I can not write "." type of numbers. For example:

If i wanna write 0.023 this is not possible, it's simply rejected. using "," does not works either. This seems to be some kind of bug though, since sometimes I cant even write "." and sometimes I can, but however never numbers with "." in it...

After many hours I found a Fix, the plug-ins were made using python2. To solve it, I've gone to the maya.exe paste(C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2022\bin) and opened it on PowerShell(on the File tab). with it opened with the maya.exe directory I used the command ".\maya.exe pythonver 2".

I have an educational serial number for Maya 2018 but every time I click on the "Enter a Serial Number" on the middle button in the splash screen that appears (when launching via the desktop Maya 2018 shortcut or Autodesk Desktop App) the splash screen closes, the Maya Output Window appears for a split second with an error message that I could only grab with a well timed screenshot ("maya : Autodesk Maya 2018Licensing ErrorA licensing error occurred that Autodesk systems were not able to handle"), and then disappears. I have followed all the instructions for a clean uninstall ( -service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall) and the more extreme version of uninstalling every single Autodesk application found here ( -service/download-install/remove-products/remove-windows-prod...). Both before and after all this uninstalling and reinstalling the result is exactly the same. I just need to get to an interface where I can type in my serial number. I am currently running Windows 10 and I saw a post suggesting a complete re-installation of Windows 10 but there has to be another way. Even if you could walk me through modifying a license file somehow manually via notepad or something rather than completely starting over with a fresh Windows 10 and then reinstalling every other application and all my data. Please help me find a reasonable way to enter in my license information.
