Thanks! To be honest, I have not worked on it in several years, so
I'm not sure how much help I can give you.

You'd want to copy how it's done in the 'desktop'/j2se version, or
include it in the files built for Android.

This one involves the GPS/location code, so you'd have to figure out
how that's done in Android and create a new command for it.

Hey! I worked with hecl for java cell phones, but no more. I only coded for personal use. But I can say hecl is the only script language easy to use I have found for java cell phones. Hecl for android or - may be - TCL/TK for android could be a great idea! I dont know java, so I can not help to code! But I could love to programming in TCL/TK/Hecl into android.

I found answers on your own.

This is hecl command - java.

For example

java "android.location.Location" loc

In the document of hecl there is not description of such commands as
activity
java
....
and I thought that such functional is in general inaccessible. 
you will excuse me.

Possibly did not I find description of these commands ?
Where can it be looked ?
