Club AGM

Dear Posse,
Given the resent good news, and a need to get ourselves organised i
propose a club meet on Staurday the 24th of July, 10am at the Woodland
centre. During this meet we need to get the following laid down:
• Kit Order – windy can you bring a printed catalogue.
• Subscriptions – Forms available on the day for payment
• Training programme for members
• Trail building program – I want to set a section aside for
volunteers to start straight away
• Club meets for the future – need to look at having special rides
etc, boxing day ride, bog slog type things, any suggestions welcome
• Hosting SXC series next April
• New sponsors
• Monthly Club training support by Scottish Cycling

Bob MacFarlane, the Scottish Cycling Development officer for the north
will be present, so we can get the meeting done and then go for a ride/
Trail build session.

Need to get organised as soon as, so please respond.

I'm free on the 24th so see you there. I've had some membership
renewals in and have e-mailed more forms out. Also had a few requests
for clothing.
