Waiting for the End Times to Begin

I received an Email the other day, from someone who wanted to know why the Ezekiel 38 war hadn’t yet started. I responded that it took the Jews almost 2000 years to reclaim their land in Israel and it was almost thwarted by the holocaust of WWII. I then added that the Jews coming back into their land started the end-time clock ticking. We know that another prophetic event was Jerusalem NOT being controlled by the Gentiles – non-Jewish nations – which had been continuous since 70 AD. The point is this, prophecy has been fulfilled in our time. We have seen it unfold exactly like the Guide-book to the Supernatural i.e. the Bible told us it would.
I had a wonderful discussion with Bill Salus last week, about Psalm 83, Isaiah 17, and Ezekiel 38. We agreed that we don’t know the sequence of these events, when they will happen and what will set them in motion. However we did agree that it will become self evident when it happens. In other words, the thing will speak for itself.
In my opinion there is going to be a flash point, an incident, that sparks the Middle East war. When this happens we will see what prophecy is being fulfilled, as it will be obvious. With Turkey now leaning toward Iran and ongoing saber-rattling against Israel by Hamas, Hezbollah and other nations, is this a sign that the Ezekiel 38 war is about to begin? Honestly, I don’t know. It appears that the nations are lining up, that the stage is being set for this, but we must be cautious and see what unfolds. We are told to watch and be ready. We should know what to look and be ready for and that is what this BLOG is all about. We know that when we see these things – which immediately begs the question, what things? – earthquakes in diverse places, wars and rumors of wars, famines and pestilence, then we should look up because our redemption is coming. It’s really that simple and yet there are billions of people walking around on this planet that haven’t a clue as to what to look for. Here’s a quick punch list:
1. If Israel was not regathered from the nations of the earth, we wouldn’t be talking about any of this it would all be moot!
2. Israel was formed in a day and Jerusalem is now under Israeli control.
3. Israel dwells in safety and is a land of unwalled villages. There is not one city that is surrounded by a wall like in ancient times. This was unheard of in the ancient world 2600 years ago when the prophet wrote about the future.
4. Israel is now being threatened by a loose confederacy that seems to be the nations of the Ezekiel 38 prophecy. Russia, Iran, Turkey, Lebanon…. However, we also need to be aware of Psalm 83 and Isaiah 17.
5. We are seeing an earthquake somewhere on the planet that is greater than 6.0 every week… coincidence?
6. The world is experiencing natural disasters, volcano’s, tsunami’s, floods, famines, droughts. I believe these are the signs we are told look for.
7. Strange, supernatural events continue world-wide… think UFO’s here, crop circles, cattle/human mutilations, abductions and what I believe is the ongoing breeding program to create a Nephilim hybrid. “As in the days of Noah…”
In closing today’s post. We are at a threshold, and there will be some event that creates the tipping point that pushes us over that threshold. We are about to see events, supernatural events manifest in ways that we could never imagine. The war in heaven, which has been ongoing for millenia, is about to spill over here in our dimension. While we wait for it to manifest, we should not be over-anxious to see, what is known as the Time of Jacobs Trouble, or the Tribulation. It will be a time unlike any other, and as we are told by Yashua, unless those days were shortened, no flesh would survive…. brace yourselves, it’s coming….
