I. America upgrades its level of diplomatic contact with Palestinian President Abbas.
The objective is to enter final plans to declare a Palestinian State!
NEWS BRIEF: "U.S. upgrades diplomatic ties with Palestinians in bid to woo Abbas", By Natasha Mozgovaya, Barak Ravid and Avi Issacharoff, Haaretz News, July 23, 2010
"The U.S. announced this week that it would upgrade its diplomatic relations with the PA by granting its mission in Washington - which is actually a PLO mission - the same status it enjoys in most European countries: that of a PLO 'general delegation'."
While this upgrade is not all the way up to the status of a country, it is a major increase in the diplomatic level which the Palestinian Authority previously enjoyed. This next segment reveals the reason for this diplomatic upgrade.
" 'This decision reflects our confidence that through direct negotiations, we can help achieve a two-state solution with an independent and viable Palestine living side by side with Israel', said White House spokesman Thomas Vietor. 'We should begin preparing for that outcome now, as we continue to work with the Palestinian people on behalf of a better future'."
Now we are firmly told: "we should begin preparing for that outcome now..."
Several years ago, we posted a comment made by a middle-level Israeli official as he stated -- off the record -- the all the negotiations for a Palestinian State had been concluded and that all that was necessary now was to announce the new state at the right time.
This diplomatic upgrade is a sure sign that the time is getting close to announcing the Palestinian State.
Remember, prophecy does not demand that an actual, functioning Palestinian State needs to be founded; it only says that a empty state will be pronounced. Listen:
"They shall call the nobles thereof to the kingdom, but none shall be there, and all her princes shall be nothing. " (Parallel Bible, KJV/Amplified Bible Commentary)
The Amplified side says it a little differently:
"They shall call its nobles to proclaim the kingdom, but nothing shall be there, and all its princes shall be no more."
Therefore, we believe that this 20-year-old plan which officially began as the Oslo Accords will end with only a proclamation that a Palestinian State is established. However, the state will never begin functioning, probably because continuous infighting between the Fatah Party of the Palestinian Authority and Hamas will prevent any kind of a state to take hold and begin functioning.

II. When Argentina voted to establish Gay Marriage, she repudiated the Roman Catholic Church in a very large way, as the Church opposed this measure with all her being.
Ironically, though, the continuous pedophile activity by priests against young boys and women for centuries undoubtedly aided the passage of this law!

"Representatives of groups for gays and lesbians cheered, crying out "Equality, equality!"
"The law, which was approved by the Senate last week following earlier endorsement by the lower house, grants same-sex couples the full legal protections and responsibilities that marriage gives to heterosexual couples, including the ability to inherit property and to jointly adopt children. Mexico's capital was the first city in the region to legalize gay marriages."
This next segment reveals the stiff opposition of the Vatican to this measure.
"The bill was pushed by Fernandez's left-of-center administration, worsening its already strained relations with the Roman Catholic Church."
For centuries, the Roman Catholic Church held immense power with the people are nearly every issue in every nation in Latin and South America. The Vatican got what the Vatican wanted.
However, this issue of Gay Marriage is another story and its legal acceptance in the face of stiff opposition from Rome opens a new era of moral weakness of the Catholic Church. We believe this weakness has occurred in large part because of the predatory priest who preyed on young boys, young women and married women for many centuries.
Rome is reaping what she has sowed!

III. President Obama plunged America deeper into the regulatory system known as Fascism when he signed the Wall Street Financial Reform Act into law.

Emphasizing provisions that guard borrowers from abusive lenders, he claimed 'the strongest financial protections for consumers in the nation's history'."
What has really happened here is that, using the planned economic crisis of 2008-2010, Obama and his Democrat allies pushed this bill through, which allows the Federal Government to regulate the entire Financial Industry in a manner unprecedented.
Of course, this kind of regulation is the core of our new system of economy known as Fascism. The first industries to fall to government regulation is this new Fascist Economy were the banking and insurance companies, followed by the Automakers. the government "Bailout" scheme was simply designed to give the government the type of severe regulatory control which the Fascist Model demands.
Even if Bailout Monies are repaid, the government retains the regulatory oversight.

I. The Federal Government is actively working to remove the sovereignty of the individual states!
Battle may reach a climax when the vast majority of the states are forced to accept Federal bailout monies rather than going bankrupt! The same device the Feds used to gain regulatory control over private businesses may be the tool by which the Federal Government finally gains firm control over the States.

"It has been reported that 46 states are on the verge of bankruptcy. Since states are Constitutionally mandated to balance their budgets, and do not possess the ability to print money, they're finding themselves in a critically weakened position to challenge the Federal Government."
As I looked at the ease by which the Federal Government imposed a Fascist regulatory economy using "bailout money", I wondered aloud how long it would be before the same tactic was used to bring the 50 individual states under Federal control. Apparently, that is the next big "shoe to fall". Governors of 46 states have evidently run their states into the ground, paving the way for a massive bailout which would put the heel of the government upon the necks of the individual states.
Now, let us return to our featured article to remind ourselves how the Constitution set up the division of power between states and the Federal Government.
"In our republic, states have sovereignty to create and enforce their own laws as long as they don't violate the U.S. Constitution. The Tenth Amendment gives states the freedom from Federal laws and regulations if they deem them to be unconstitutional. The Tenth Amendment: which makes explicit the idea that the Federal government is limited only to the powers granted in the Constitution, is generally recognized to be a truism. States and local governments have occasionally attempted to assert exemption from various federal regulations, especially in the areas of labor and environmental controls, using the Tenth Amendment as a basis for their claim."
In the past several years, the Federal Government has made several attempts to assert their right over the states.
* "The Federal government has clearly violated California state law regarding medical marijuana by raiding state-approved legal dispensaries and grow-ops"
* "Obama and company are suing Arizona to overturn their new anti-illegal immigration law, which is essentially a reiteration of the Federal law, just with plans to actually prosecute it."
* "Additionally, we have seen the steady erosion of the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits the use of the military for local law enforcement. Stories of active military and the National Guard helping local law enforcement on operations as routine as random traffic checkpoints and local crimes such as illegal gun and drug searches are becoming everyday news -- again a clear violation of the Tenth Amendment."
"It is clear that the goal of Federal government is to centralize and consolidate control as much as possible .... Based on the clear violations already exhibited by the Federal government, we can only assume that more centralized oppression is on the way."
This conclusion is exactly right! The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion clearly foresees the establishment of the most repressive dictatorial government in world history -- the kind of global dictatorship which would be able to control its citizens so tightly that "no man can buy or sell, save he that hath the Mark"!

The remarks by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Admiral Mike Mullen, on a visit to the country, came as the Taliban said they were holding captive one of two U.S. servicemen who strayed into insurgent territory, and that the other had been killed."
"It also comes less than a week since a major international conference in Kabul agreed that the Afghan government should aim to take responsibility for security in all parts of the country by 2014."
Violence and indecisive war are skyrocketing in Afghanistan, nine full years after our mighty forces invaded that backward land!
"Violence in Afghanistan is at its highest of the 9-year war as thousands of extra U.S. troops, dispatched by President Barack Obama in December, step up their campaign to drive insurgents out of their traditional heartland in the south. Last month was the deadliest for foreign troops since 2001, with more than 100 killed, and civilian deaths have also risen as ordinary Afghans are increasingly caught in the crossfire .... Elsewhere, Taliban guerrillas captured a remote district from the Afghan government after days of clashes in eastern Nuristan province...."
How bad is the situation in Afghanistan? It is so bad that the much ballyhooed goal of turning security within the country over to Afghan control is suddenly being abandoned.

The change of tack, revealed in the final communique from today's historic international conference in Kabul, reflects Petraeus's concerns that security conditions in Afghanistan are too weak for a transition of power to begin as quickly as originally planned..."
If you have a feeling of 'deja vue" over this Afghanistan situation, you are very observant. During the past few years, we have been subjected to the same kind of conversation regarding whether or not Iraqi forces are capable of taking over internal security. During the last couple of years of the Vietnam War, we heard the same kind of debate. It took two full years to develop, but when the North Vietnamese attacked the South, that country fell like a house of cards. Right then and right there, all that debate over whether South Vietnamese forces could provide adequate security was rendered most useless.
The same situation is developing in Iraq and Afghanistan. Neither country will be able to withstand the onslaught of the insurgency once Coalition Forces are withdrawn. History is repeating itself!

'I do not believe Private Manning had the technical expertise necessary to communicate this amount of information to the outside world without being detected and I don't believe that he operated without guidance', computer hacker Adrian Lamo told 'Good Morning America' in an exclusive interview today'. "
"Lamo said he was contacted by someone calling themselves Bradass87 -- believed to be specialist Brad Manning -- last May who claimed to be an Army intelligence analyst with access to classified networks that showed 'incredible things, awful things... that belong in the public domain'."
What kinds of things could be so awful that an Army specialist would risk jail time in order to divulge?
"The more than 90,000 reports published online reveal six years of classified information, offering a blunt and dire view of American military efforts in Afghanistan ... The 'war logs' offer startling detail about everything from civilian casualties to enemy missile strikes. They also reveal detailed reports that Pakistan's military spy agency, ISI, is guiding the very insurgent network in Afghanistan that the Americans are trying to defeat..."
These papers, as they continue to come to public domain, are likely to verify the warnings about the war in Afghanistan and Iraq that we have been issuing for the past nine years. American military brutality and its difficulty in defeating an insurgent enemy are likely to be the focus of these leaked reports.
Could these leaked papers have the same effect on public opinion as the "Pentagon Papers" of 1971? I remember these leaked papers very well, as it truly turned public opinion against the war effort. The most important fact which was uncovered was that top American officials lied a lot to the people in order to justify this worthless war.
"A 1996 article in the New York Times said that the Pentagon Papers 'demonstrated, among other things, that the Johnson Administration had systematically lied, not only to the public but also to Congress, about a subject of transcendent national interest and significance'."
These reports are likely to reveal much of the same treatment of the truth by America officials, from the Bush to the Obama Administrations! Remember, from 1969-1972, I was stationed at a Pentagon level intelligence facility in Okinawa. With my Top Secret Crypto clearance, I could easily see the daily instances of lying to the American people. When I returned to the United States in 1972, I knew, to the depths of my heart, that American officials -- civilian and military, Democrat and Republican -- lied to the American people almost daily!
I knew not to believe one word that came out of the White House, the Pentagon or the Congress.
This Wikileaks scandal is likely to reveal the same level of lying which I encountered during my service at this Pentagon level intelligence processing station!

IV. As American forces begin the withdrawal of all combat forces by the end of August, Iran believes it is achieving its goal of establishing a friendly, cooperative government in Iraq.

Before we go any further, please remember that, as Coalition Forces were just beginning to cross the Iraqi border in force, Iranian diplomats were landing in all capitals of the Middle East, pushing Iran's plan to defeat Western forces and seize at least indirect control over Baghdad by forcing a friendly government to take control.

I. A Clinton-appointed Judge has ruled several key sections of Arizona's Immigration Law to be unconstitutional!
President Obama and the Federal Government win a big test of whether a state's rights can be overridden. This ruling does not bode well for the future of our freedoms and liberties.

"A federal judge on Wednesday blocked the most contested provisions of Arizona's new immigration law one day before they were to take effect, ratcheting up the legal and political debate over the increasingly divisive issue. U.S. District Judge Susan R. Bolton's ruling handed the Obama administration a key initial victory in its lawsuit against Arizona and Gov. Jan Brewer (R). It also set up a legal struggle that is likely to play out over several years and across numerous states, with Brewer vowing to take the case to the U.S. Supreme Court and legal experts saying the high court is likely to hear it. "
Remember that one of Cutting Edge's distinctives is that we always look at the opposite end of the public rhetoric to see if we can find the truth there, rather than from a Mass Media which parrots the Illuminati line and even to most alternative sites who do not understand either the Plan nor how it fits with Bible prophecy nor that the Republican and Democrat parties are simply an outworking of the "Dialectic Struggle".
What is really at stake in all this hoopla over illegal immigration is the formation of the North American Union, supernation #1 in the Illuminati Plan to reorganize all nations of the world into 10 -- the same number which Daniel 7:7-8 foretells! (Read NEWS2363). This immigration issue is very important, but not for the reason the entire Republican/Conservative/Right/Christian world is clamoring. This issue is important because the Obama Administration is ready to use the controversy to publicize the radical "solution" that the "real" answer to the illegal immigration issue is to create the North American Union and to declare everyone on the North American Continent a "North American Citizen".
Rather than reporting the details of this ruling, which is what every other Conservative website is doing, let us look at how this entire episode is being maneuvered into creating the North American Union. The Illuminati is using a domestic variation of the Dialectic Struggle, which we have long called the "Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan".
Remember, this is a Plan of the Global Elite which goes back centuries to Sir Francis Bacon in the very early 1600's; the Illuminati has been wanting to unite South America into one superstate and North America into another superstate for over 400 years (Manly P. Hall, 33rd Mason, "America's Assignment With Destiny: The Adepts In The Western Esoteric Tradition") .
Then, in 1972, their desire was incorporated into a global plan to reorganize the entire world into exactly 10 superstates, and that plan fulfills Bible prophecy.
Now let us see how this illegal immigration controversy is being manipulated to eventually create what no Conservative wants, i.e, the North American Union. In fact, you will see the surprising truth that genuine Conservatives are being tricked into fighting this battle, not realizing that their efforts will simply propel the Illuminati Plan forward!
Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan
Step 1. Some practice so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public is advocated by a RESPECTED expert in a RESPECTED forum.
Step 2. At first, the public is shocked, then outraged.
Step 3. But, the VERY FACT that such a thing could be publicly debated becomes the SUBJECT
of the debate.
Step 4. In the process, sheer repetition of the shocking subject under discussion gradually dulling its effect.
Step 5. People then are no longer shocked by the subject.
Step 6. No longer outraged, people begin to argue for positions to moderate the extreme; or, they accept the premise, challenging, instead, the means to ACHIEVE it.
This illegal immigration issue has been raging for over 30 years, and I believe the Illuminati has finally decided to use this "Six Step Attitudinal Change Plan" to finally knock all the obstacles down. After over 3 decades of intense pressure, the Arizona government, led by Governor Brewer, took action which many people have considered to be "so offensive that it can scarcely be discussed in public". The Arizona Law actually does something about illegal immigration, in that it "empowers police to question people who they have a 'reasonable suspicion' are illegal immigrants".
This law has enough teeth that many illegal immigrants were reported to be leaving Arizona before the law was scheduled to take effect.
From the moment the Arizona legislator passed this bill and the governor signed it, Liberals all over this land began to take pot shots at the law, thus setting off Step #2 -- shock and then outrage. Now that this Liberal judge has ruled with the Federal Government, it is Conservatives who are outraged and shocked.
This outrage and shock will play itself out to Step #4, where sheer repetition of the subject will be played across America in endless TV debates, newspaper columns and citizen outrage. Gradually, the debate will become somewhat muted because the energy of each side will be spent, and Step #5 will silently begin to take hold.
Then, at the right time, someone who is respected will speak from a respected forum and pronounce a new, bold idea that will solve the illegal immigration problem, hopefully to nearly everyone's satisfaction. This respected public person will propose that a North American Union should be completed so that every illegal immigrant instantly becomes a legal North American Citizen.
This is the issue, and while I am totally and instinctively opposed to anything which will erode and destroy our national sovereignty, I am a Biblical realist who understands that this North American Union will occur because it creates Nation #1 in the prophetic 10-nation global reorganization. The issue for people who understand what is going on, is the plucking of souls from the fire before God's judgment falls upon the entire world.
Very few people can see the link between this Arizona illegal immigration issue and the appearance of Antichrist. Yet, such a link exists and it is strong. As we detail in NEWS2363, Antichrist cannot arise on the world scene until all of the 10 supernations are formed. To the extent to which this story advances the establishment of North America, it has significant Antichrist implications.

As we have stated repeatedly over the past several years, President Bush's attack on Iraq was not meant to be the final chapter in God's last judgment on Ancient Babylon. One of the goals of the "Pentagon's New Map" is to break up countries where a single dictator is preventing proper movement of his country toward the global group of nations called the "Functioning Core". Saddam Hussein had remarkably established a unified Iraq where he held together the three very separate and very different groups, the Shi'ites, the Sunnis and the Kurds. One of the major goals of this invasion was to break Hussein's unnatural hold over these peoples and allow Iraq to disintegrate into three separate countries, thus making Iraq that much easier to control by outside forces. Mark my words, once American forces are gone, Iraq will split into the most bloody war between Shi'ite and Sunni. And, when they bleed each other white, the Kurds will pounce from the north, thus completing the prophecy of Isaiah 13.
