I just realized this email hadn't gone out yet - my apologies.

We hacked our hackerspace! With a fantastic positive turnout of 13 members and 11 card members to support Jay and Austin's cardholder nominations. Both received their keys with 9 yes / 1 no / 1 abstain. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL WHO ATTENDED YOUR TIME IS MUCH APPRECIATED!!! 

We also voted through the proposal to get our new website up and running with 11 yes votes and 0 no votes. You can see it at https://www.heatsynclabs.org/

Station Reports
3d Printers - one more printer in a couple weeks! Printers are printing
Display windows -  Windows are pretty and Jay is going to make them prettier. Discourage people from posting?
Wood shop -  
Laser - Having issues with the mini laser
Metal shop - Needs more maintenance but is functioning and soon to be taken over by a few people
Sewing - Went well with Linda and Michelle
Vinyl - Going well, getting lots of use. Need die sub samples
Electronics - usual mess  
Microcontrollers -
Welding - TIG is working and will be used
Jewelry - Cynthia is doing regular meetings with and has classes in Feb. Cynthia is working on organizing and cataloging
Art - Millet House had a successful meetup

Thanks to Landon for cleaning the bathroom, Andre for sweeping, Antonio for cleaning the kitchen, Jim for mopping, Austin for taking out the trash, Moheeb for cleaning the windows, Sarah and Colin for cleaning the tables, and Abi for managing the lost and found.
