It is clear to me that we do not have the methods or equipment at Heatsync Labs to properly test aircraft engines under real world conditions.

The proposed piece of equipment would give Heatsync the ability to test the experimental aircraft engines we engineer up to 1500HP under proper simulated atmospheric conditions.

This would be a valuable asset to our Aerospace Testing Program, and give us one more valuable asset for Heatsync Labs Members. Thank you for your consideration.

Yes. The computer systems (Extremely powerfully outdated Pentium 4 Northwood Dell units), their supporting peripherals, as well as the licenses for the software will be transferred to Heatsync upon the sale. We will however have to provide a desk for the system to be installed into. If the desk is a dealbreaker let me know and I'll send them a request for the desk. I will also ask about the metal shelving unit the rest of the systems set upon.

I do know though that they will not be supplying us with the pair of ear muffs and safety glasses shown with the unit.

Has anybody called to see if they'll give us a deal since we're a non-profit?

Whoa, let's not put the cart before the horse!
We still need to bring it up at HYH, make sure all procedures are followed, check our zoning with the city of Mesa to see if it needs to be updated to include experimental aircraft engine testing, ask Austin if we can meet the power requirements, and check any applicable special AFD considerations.

Can't we just build one out of old culvert and SEM parts?

No.
To put your comment into perspective, it would be just like us trying to build an atomic fission reactor out of an old dishwasher, a mini fridge, a surplus airplane toilet, a couple of sewage pumps, used pinball machine parts, a harbor freight 900watt 2 stroke generator, biologic shielding plates borrowed off David Farmer's truck, zircalloy recovered from recalled hip and knee implants, lead from CRT TV's found at the side of the road, and graphite from 0.9mm pencil leads would make about as much sense. Luckily though in our time Plutonium can just be picked up at the corner drugstore.

If we build a garden shed out back, some high schooler will start buying old watches and woop, they it is...
