Stepping Down as Operations

Hello, everyone.

I wanted to announce that I am stepping down from my position as Operations lead. Because of some ongoing medical issues and my need to handle other responsibilities such as my academics, I feel that I am no longer capable of upholding the position of Operations to an extent that is befitting of HeatSync. I will also be stepping away from HeatSync Labs in general to focus on my health and studies.

Thank you for offering me the opportunity to be part of the HeatSync Board. I hope that in the future I will be in a position where I can continue being an asset to HeatSync Labs and help promote our makerspace as a staple of Downtown Mesa.

I'm sorry to hear of your challenges. While the Lab would benefit from your efforts, you need to take care of yourself. Good luck in that.

I'm sorry you're facing medical issues, Arnob. Thank you for the help
you have given to good causes over the years I have known you. You put
yourself into making the world better and it is appreciated! Stepping
back to keep your affairs and health in order is the right priority.

I hope your challenges clear up quickly!

Arnob, LOVE YOU AND THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF THE LAB. If you ever need support with anything I've got your back comrade and HeatSyncers are for life, hope to see you in the lab again sooner than later <3

That being said, I forget what our process is for this I think we just do an election for the seat, I'd like to nominate Nate Caine for operations. IF he doesn't accept the nomination I'll throw my hat in the ring since I've done the position before.

In the event that an officer of the Board of Directors becomes incapacitated,
deceased or resigns from office, a quorum of remaining officers in the Board of
Directors shall elect a replacement interim-officer at the Board of Directors
meeting following the resignation. An interim-officer's term shall be effective
from the day of election by the Board of Directors to the remainder of the
outgoing officer's elected term.
