3D Resin Design

Hi guys, 

FYI I have no experience in 3D pritning at all. I came across these schematics someone gave me that i would like to have printed. Is it possible to have this done here by someone or  it doesn't work like that? I have the details of the schematics if anyone would like to see. 

description of the model from the person who provided it to me: " fully articulated 140mm tall action figure of major from ghost in the shell. multiple face plates and hair swap options, pouches, guns, hands. if you print the front hair bangs and the outer pelvis cover in flex resin, that will be the best. this is an expert level print, you will need to put it together yourself, you cannot print this on a filament printer."
