Hello, everyone.

My name is Arnob Taher Kabir, also known as ATK on our Slack. I've been a member of HeatSync Labs since 2023. As someone who is heavily invested in the success of HeatSync, I am interested in running for the board position of Operations.

My goal as a board member is the following:

• Reestablish and clarify our foundational documents, such as our Bylaws

• Promote HeatSync Labs to the larger community

• Streamline our processes for future members and iterations of board members

• And more…

I hope to reinforce ideals of inclusivity and transparency as a member of the Board. As a regular volunteer at the space, I hope that the work I’ve done so far is enough to establish my qualifications to be a board member.
