I'm nominating Roy Tokeshi for card access.

Roy has been coming to the lab since 2016 or before. He has attended Nodebots way back then. He was an employee of Citrix during the time that they acquired Skynet which later became Octoblue.

He moved really close to the lab so he can hang out here more. Since then he has helped me co-host open hours, attended HYH. He is really eager to help whenever I ask for volunteers. Has donated kits for Young Makers. Really looking forward to making the most of having such enthusiastic members nearby.

It's just an idea until there's a date and time included.

I'm very frustrated that nobody has commented on the proposal for Roy for card access.

Also Roy definitely needs to comment as well I think I've asked but in all of the despair I may not have been clear enough about that.

Please if you are a cardholder and do not know who he is please mention that if you do know who he is please mention that please say something?

People are far more important than the other topic that's getting a lot of coverage.

I am very bad with names. I do not think I know who this is. NOW that does not mean that I have not met them. Like I said just struggle with putting names with faces.

I would very much like to hear from Roy. If I don't know him, I ought to and look forward to meeting him.

Have a good one everyone!

Sorry Eric, I just don't know Roy, one way or the other. I dont believe we have met or if we did it was too brief to form an opinion of him. Sadly I just don't spend as much time in the lab as I used to so it's probably on me that we haven't met.

It's always inspiring to realize how many people have been contributing to HSL behind the scenes—some for years—without many of us even knowing them until they’re nominated for card access.

It’s amazing to think that, even without knowing each other personally, we’re all working toward the growth of the lab.

Card nominations are a great moment to bring these contributions to light, and it makes me wonder how many more people are out there right now, quietly supporting HSL, who we’ll get to know in the future. Exciting times!
