Proposal: Amre's card access

One more item: Member card access has always supposed to be approved, but up until now we haven't had a working mechanism for approval. Going forward in order to receive a 24/7 access card a member's card access will need to be proposed and voted on at Hack Your Hackerspace meetings just like other space business.

So, the proposal is for Amre to receive an access card. He's working with David from CellCubby, so please say hi and get to know him before it's time to vote on the 25th!
