First of all, this is the first project I have done for myself at the lab in over 2 years, it's kind of scary, but every time I have been to the lab, pretty much fixing stuff or improving stuff at the lab has been my priority. This feels quite refreshing to tell you the truth!
I realize I kinda screwed up by not taking photos of the frames themselves, but basically the tiller bearing holder took a hit from the mean sidewalks of Pasadena / LA last hackaday supercon, and it was unable to fully turn anymore. Turning the tiller would cause the front wheels to contact the frame, causing the mobility scooter to stop dead in it's tracks and try to go up on over itself. After evaluating it I was able to figure out it was because the front wheels traveled backward with the steering column due to the thick piece of aluminum plate that held the bearings bending sharply. I was going to try and bang everything back into place, but I found that buying an entire new frame assembly was more economical and plus would be stronger most likely than if I attempted repair without proper annealing and hydraulic tools.
I had to pull everything off the old frame and transplant it to the new one.
BTW we DO have a pair of snapring pliers, and I did use them successfully!
Moheeb worked on a little box to keep it's parts in and labeled them so people will know we have snapring pliers, and hopefully will keep all their parts together.

I should really have taken more
shots, it was quite impressive seeing all the parts exploded on the
tables I was taking up circled around the new frame before I bolted,
screwed, and snap-ringed everything back together.
