Hopefully, instead of starting to make things, you keep making things!
Stop by the lab, start to meet people. Share info about a project or two. Get interested in a project or two that others are working on. Get certified on some awesome equipment. Use said awesome equipment to make more awesome things. Take pictures. Rinse. Repeat.
