SW Makerfest
- Great engagement and attendees. Made more t-shirts than prior year. Working on a full details. Thanks to HSL for the sponsorship. 3D printer station was great.

New business
- Next week on Thursday, STEAM night at elementary school. Need help and support. Can either bring something to share, or can volunteer just to help host. Biggest need is drone flying. 5:30-7:30 @ Wilson Elementary on Southern & Higley
- Reminder that people using the lab should help cleanup. Spend 15 minutes when you're in the lab. In particular, there is one member that was discussed.
- Cleaning definitely needs to be part of the culture
- There was an unannounced special event using the lab on Friday & Saturday. Events should be on the calendar as it allows members to know what is use.
- Discussion on use of slack & google group
- If it's urgent, post in all the places. Ose recommends IRC.
- Brief discussion on the effectiveness of the monitors
Robot Ambassador proposal
- Allows Eric Ose to use equipment offsite with station head and board approval
- Jot brings up the concern that there should be some percentage of the class fees due to the equipment costs and we're running in the red.
- Nate asks how long it's for, and confirmed it is for 2022.
