We are still in the planning stages, so please RSVP here if you're interested in attending or contributing (we need all the help we can get!).

CORRECTION I DID A SILLY - Black Friday is November 28, not 29th. Friendsgiving is to be on Friday. NOT Saturday.

Brett,

On Friday November 28 we have both the Photography meetup (6pm - 8pm) and the laser certification (7pm - 10pm).

I usually recommend people check the calendar before scheduling events.  Hosting big group events is probably best done on days that don't have other events. Having said that, there isn't anything preventing us from doing all of these on the same day.

Just for clarity, I'm not the champion for this event -- LANDON is (and he deserves all the credit!) He just kindly asked me to handle comms. We did look at the calendar and we've been quietly asking around about the date before announcing it; we just want to get a little more commitment (and a solid time lol) before adding it to the calendar. 

But it would be really cool if we could have a photosync related activity to add to the festivities! I deeply treasure the polaroids I got at the maker party.

Friendsgiving will be on Black Friday. 11/28 at 1pm.

Wasn't sure if I should make a new post or just reply to this. Should be a good time.

Should I bring corn pudding or impossible coconut pie? They are both a custard, but the corn is an entree.

I had someone ask if they needed to be a member to attend Friendsgiving. No membership required. I'd argue that if you just don't want to spend the day shopping come on out. HeatSync Labs offers a nice alternative to consumerism.
