Heya,

I need a battery holder for a single 3V CR2032 coin cell battery. I need to be
able to solder 3 leads on to each of the hot and ground for my clear 3D
printed rocket.

Do we have any of these around the lab that I could use? I couldn't find any
and I'm not sure where to source them locally.

I thought I saw one or two in one of the salvage bins... "adapters" or
"fun" maybe?
Alternately, you/we could build a spot welder.

I don't have any, but you could try capital electronics supply.  Every time I've been there, they have seemed to have a HUGE selection of random stuff like that.

Or batteries plus.  They also seem to have a lot more than you'd think.

Oh, actually, apache reclemation probably has a tub full of them.

I have a stack of old motherboards (some dead, some alive) that I believe each have a Cr2032 holder for the CMOS battery.  If you want one I am thinking I'll make it to the lab Thursday- I could bring one or more by then.

I have a few dozen. I bought them to make AtTiny based LED pendants. But they are somewhere at home, along with several dozen batteries, and I was planning to take the freeway over to the lab tonight, not pass by home. On the other hand, there is also a remote chance I have one of the adafruit TTL serial plus NTSC board cameras at home, somewhere, too. So maybe I will have to take the slow way over.
