With 9 members, we made quorum! Thanks to everyone who showed up this morning! CPro's proposal passed unanimously, sewing is doing great, crafts are being organized, and everything is working great in woodworking (but please put flammable liquids in the appropriate place in the kitchen), and the photo meetup had good turnout. Full notes below.

Remember that our next HYH is Thursday, October 9 at 7:00pm. According to the bylaws, that is also when we should be holding board elections. So, I look forward to a good turnout.

Proposals
High level, our 3D printer station is a bit messy. Let's fix this, but not at the financial determinate to the lab. We've purchased 6, 5 are fully working. Likely running under-budget. Cpro will be footing the bill until the money can be recovered through sales.  CPro has already purchased 6 and 5 are fully working. Likely running under-budget. Cpro will be footing the bill until the money can be recovered through sales. Should be less than $800, but

Discussion

CPro built the original station 5 years ago, CPro has shown that he can do this in the past. $0 impact to lab's budget. No operating fund impact, and any proceeds from sale would go back to operating budget, not CPro.

Votes
9/9 approve

Old Business

First aid kit - we need 8x10 surgical gauze and space blankets (would make us OSHA compliant). Arnob will take care of this.

New Business
-
Station Reports
3D Printers - machines are pretty much running, we're going to be working on CPro's proposal.
Vinyl -
Sewing - sewing is doing really well. We have a new embrodiery machine. We also have quilting die cutter and dies. New machines on permanent loan, but require certification. New short-throw projector came in, Antonio wants to set it up as a pattern machine.
Jewelry -
Crafts - being reorganized w/ labels.
Lasers - things in good working order, working on documentation.
Bio lab -
Photo - big turnout last night
Machine shop -
Woodworking - Everything's working fine. Anything flammable should be kept in the kitchen (or lit on fire, but not in the lab.)
Electronics -
