Board Transition Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by Milton at 5:45 PM.

Motion made to initiate new board. Motion seconded.

Motion passes unanimously.

David said to use generic email addresses for new accounts, such as “finances@hsl” rather than “EricW@hsl" for the sake of transferring to new boards.

Fire inspection is nearly complete, except for laser exhaust wiring. Thanks to Nate Caine for helping work on this.

Certificate of occupancy issue is resolved per fire marshal and director of building development. Still no indoor hot work or significant woodworking permitted.

It was discussed to keep some former board members on the emails for the sake of continuity. Another idea was making a special email moniker specifically for recent board members to differentiate them from the current board.

Meeting adjourned at 6:10 PM.

Excellent news all around!

Regarding the email address for former board members, I set that up years ago: board-former@hsl. We also have board-current@, for which board@ is an alias.
