1. Call to order and approval of agenda with additions and deletions.

2. Secretary's report (printed from email) from Brent Frazier.

3. Treasure's report form Dave Hilber.

4. Director Brent Gerber's report.

5. Old Business: Christmas Show Time, Caroling December 22, Installation of officers January 5th, Celebration dinner April 20th.

 

6. Other Reports, Music, Membership, Section Leaders.

7. New business, Harmony Academy in River Falls and option to pay for registration of all attending and stipend for fuel.

8. Adjournment, next meeting December 15th, 6pm.
