Hello,

Due to a special program going on at Shambhala Eagle Rock, this Wednesday’s Heart of Recovery meeting is cancelled.  We will be back next week at our regular scheduled time.  

You are all invited to attend the special program celebrating the life of Acharya Allyn Lyon, a very much loved Shambhala teacher.  Like Pema Chodron, Allyn held the teaching title of Acharya within Shambhala.  She was funny, cutting, and took no prisoners when it came to teaching the dharma.  She will be missed.



WESTSIDE HOR UPDATE:  The Heart of Recovery meetings on the westside have been put on hold for now.  We hope to bring the meeting back to the westside in 2016.
