Heart of Recovery meets on New Year's Day

Hello!
This is a friendly reminder that The Heart of Recovery meditation group will meet on Wednesday, New Year's Day at the Shambhala Center in Eagle Rock at our usual time of 7:30pm. We will be at our usual location - the Shotoku Suite just a few steps away from from the main building. I will also like to remind you that the Shambhala center will be doing their annual NYE open meditation session starting at 4pm on Tuesday, December 31st and going all the way to midnight for the New Year's gong roll down.
