I keep opening it Shawn and it keeps saying stuff to my heart. George, I agree! I'm thinking of buying some copies and bringing them next meeting.

hello all, i'm new to the Heart of Recovery and fairly new to buddhism as well, but certainly not new to addiction. although i am new to recovery and happy to finally be! i found a great book the other day at Barnes and Noble that has been a huge help for me. it's called The Zen of Recovery by Mel Ash. i find it to speak directly to my heart and it's a book that's finally opening my heart to the 12 steps as i have repelled them for quite some time. here's an amazon link to it and i think it's available on kindle as well. http://www.amazon.com/The-Zen-Recovery-Mel-Ash/dp/0874777062
