The return of the Heart of Recovery group in Burbank

We have great news!  The Heart of Recovery group is returning to the Shambhala Meditation Center of Los Angeles at its new location: 4200 W. Burbank Blvd, Burbank, CA 91505. 

The group will meet bi-monthly on the second and fourth Thursday of the month starting Thursday, September 12, 2024.

In anticipation of rebooting the group, the center is hosting a talk on Thursday, August 22nd, titled Exploring the Heart of Recovery: A Conversation on Addiction, sobriety, Buddhism, and the 12 Steps of Recovery.
