Tonight is the first Heart of Recovery meeting at the Shambhala Center in Mar Vista.
Tuesdays from 7:30pm to 9:00pm
Shambhala Meditation Center in Mar Vista (WESTSIDE)
3877A Grand View Blvd., Mar Vista, CA 90066
The meeting format will include:
sitting for 20 mins.
Read for 10 mins from Pema Chodron's Taking A Leap
