I just bought a new laptop, an Acer aspire 3, and I'm trying to run my external hard drive on it. It has Linux mint installed in it. But I can't find the boot option on the bios. I've disabled the secure boot, enabled the boot menu and tried all the usb ports. And it just doesn't appear. I've used this hard drive in 3 different computers now, one with Windows 10 and the other 2 on Windows 7. I don't know what I'm missing with this one. Also have to say that I'm not an expert on this subject. Anyone knows how to do it?
