If you use Google services with a company, school, or other group, you probably have an administrator who set up your account or Chrome device. This person also manages which services you can use. Because the administrator is part of your organization, not part of Google, we can't tell you exactly who that person is. But here are ideas of who to ask.

I thank the Board for the amicable separation and for the opportunity to work together these past two years with phenomenal students, teachers, parents, staff, administrators, and the community at large.

Even though affluent administrators have been comfortable with narrowing curriculum in inner city schools where they would never educate their own children, parents there never have been comfortable with it.

For some reason dropbox doesn't start with startup anymore because it needs administrator rights to start. If I try running the app normally without administrator rights, nothing happens, I see the cursor change to waiting for a few secs and then nothing. But if I right click and "run as administrator" it runs fine. This means dropbox can't run on startup. Any reason for this?

And they could benefit greatly by your explanation of what you did to correct it if you are able to supply it.

Then try setting it to NOT windows 8.1.

Locate the DROPBOX.EXE, you can get the path to it by looking at the shortcut link in the start menu
Then right click on the DROPBOX.EXE and change the comparability mode.

Thank you: I've tried compatibility with Windows 7, but I got the same result. The only thing that works so far is launching it as an administrator (which I already am, so this shouldn't be necessary). Dropbox has always worked very well and I don't understand why it's not working any more. Can you think of something else I can try?

Hey this may help I have the same problem running Windows 8.1 64bit. Try locating the .EXE file for me it was C:\Users\"your user name"\AppData\Roaming\Dropbox\bin (you may need to show hidden files) right click the dropbox.exe file select the properties. Then on the tabs at the top select the Compatibility tab. You should see "Setting" with options under it. There is a box with run as administrator tick the box then hit apply and that should help.

I have the sale problem on a clean install of Windows 8.1 64-bit directly from Microsoft and using the latest web installer from Dropbox. Even after flagging the dropbox.exe to run as administrator in my AppData roaming folder, it will not auto-start on log in.

When running any application as an administrator (also referred to as elevated permissions), PowerToys may not work correctly when the elevated applications are in focus or trying to interact with a PowerToys feature like FancyZones. This can be addressed by also running PowerToys as administrator.

PowerToys needs elevated administrator permission when writing protected system settings or when interacting with other applications that are running in administrator mode. If those applications are in focus, PowerToys may not function unless it is elevated as well.

Windows applications run in User mode by default. To run an application in Administrative mode or as an elevated process means that app will run with additional access to the operating system. Most apps do not need to run with elevated permission. A common scenario, however, for requiring administrator permission would be to run certain PowerShell commands or edit the registry.

The simplest way to run an app or program in administrative mode is to right-click the program and select Run as administrator. If the current user is not an administrator, Windows will ask for the administrator username and password.

Each registered health care organization must have a Data Bank administrator. The administrator is responsible for maintaining the organization's profile and creating and maintaining user accounts for all individuals in the organization who query or report. Organizations may have more than one administrator.

If your organization is already registered but the administrator has left and you don't have a user account, you will need to complete the registration process. We will review the information you provide to confirm your organization is registered and verify your affiliation. Once we complete our review, we will email you instructions on how to access your organization's account as the new administrator.

When a person dies, a probate proceeding may be opened. Depending on state law, probate will generally open 30 to 90 days after the date of death. One of the probate court's first actions is to appoint an estate administrator.

An estate is required to file an income tax return if assets of the estate generate more than $600 in annual income. For example, if the deceased had interest, dividend or rental income when alive, then after death that income becomes income of the estate that you need to include on an estate income tax return. If the estate operates a business after the owner's death, you are required to secure a new EIN for the business, report wages or income under the new EIN and pay any taxes due. See Publication 1635, Understanding Your EIN PDF.

File an estate tax return on Form 706, United States Estate (and Generation-Skipping Transfer) Tax Return. Estate tax is a tax on the transfer of assets from the deceased to their heirs and beneficiaries. In general, estate tax only applies to large estates.

Pursuant to the recently passed Assembly Bill (AB) 120, prospective and current Certified Administrators have the option to satisfy live training requirements for Initial Certification Training Programs (ICTP) and Continuing Education Training Programs (CETP) via Department-approved in-person or live-stream training. Additionally, AB 120 clarifies the requirements for individuals seeking certification or recertification as an ARFPSHN Administrator. Please refer to PIN 23-14-CCLD for more information regarding the changes to the administrator certification training requirements, including changes to course format terminology.

Changes to the Administrator Certification Program (ACP) fees were effective July 1, 2024. These changes affect prospective and certified administrators of Adult Residential Facilities, Group Homes, Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly, and Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Programs.

Prospective and renewing administrators must include their e-mail address on their Application for Administrator Certification, form LIC 9214 to ensure delivery of their administrator certificate via e-mail.

As of July 1, 2021, the ACB distributes administrator certificates in a locked portable document format (PDF) via e-mail to certified administrators with an e-mail address on file. Administrators without an e-mail address on file will receive a hard copy certificate by mail.

Delegated administrators set up accounts for new employees in their organizations and close or transfer accounts when employees leave. They also provide help with resetting passwords, unlocking accounts or accessing certain services or tools.

Verification of a Master's degree or higher, at least 10 years of PK-12 licensed experience, and the mandatory reporter training for child and dependent adult abuse. Evaluator training less than 10 years old is also required to renew an administrator or evaluator license. Substitute experience may count as years of experience if an individual is able to verify at least 91 days of substitute experience per year of experience.
