Heart Trace 2 v2.4.0

I've just pushed a beta update to Heart Trace 2. Currently app publishing can take several days. This update improves operation on newer versions of Android, and addresses several issues. The update applies to both the phone and smartwatch.

Fixed gaps in auto monitoring on newer versions of Wear OS.
Updated to latest versions of Android support libraries.
