Heart Trace 2 v2.3.0

I've just pushed an update to Heart Trace 2. This update improves operation on newer versions of Android, addresses several issues and includes a new feature mentioned below. The update applies to both the phone and smartwatch.

Fixed gaps in auto monitoring on newer versions of Wear OS.
Updated to latest versions of Android support libraries.
Added option to set scan interval from 1 minute to 60 minutes.
