Heart Trace 2 v2.6.0

I've just pushed a beta update to Heart Trace 2. Currently app publishing can take several days. This update improves operation on newer versions of Android, and addresses the Google Fit sync issue. Upon launching the app after updating you will need to reconnect to your Google Fit account.

Fixed Google Fit syncing.
Update donate option to use new Google Billing Library.
Updated to latest versions of Android support libraries.
