Ronald Reagan bridge over i-35

Do not ride a perm (or any other ride expecting to cross I-35 at Ronal Reagan Blvd.  The old bridge is closed with piles of dirt blocking the way.  The new bridge is sort of passable but on the East side there is a steep drop of about 8 feet to the frontage road plus you may encounter construction worker or other physically blocking you from crossing.  Lets wait until it is ready for us.
