I will be making referee assignments in next few weeks. Your club referee should receive a notice requesting availability, if they have not, please contact me. Please make sure they send me their availability to assure your club's assignment priority. Scheduling priority will be given to clubs that provide referees to the union. If your match is not on the schedule, you will not be getting a referee scheduled. See:

If you are not scheduled a referee for your match, I encourage you to try and find a venue where a referee could be made available. If you are scheduled a referee, please contact them early in the week (Sun/Mon) to confirm match and details.
It is encouraged that at least 1 member from each club subscribe to the HOA Google Groups List. All communications from the referee's society will be done via this mailing list. The list can be self-managed,
so you can add as many members of your club as you like and people who no longer wish to receive e-mails can remove themselves.
