I hope this link still works.  It will be 2 years since I received a new set of lungs.  As far as the lungs go, they are great.  However, I am so crippled with arthritis in my back, right leg and foot that I find it hard not to be sick every day. I am on pain killers prescribed by the lung docs but otherwise don't know what I can do.
I am on vacation now in Canada but when I return to Florida, I will find an orthopedic doctor.  Anyone have side effects like this.  Anyone lost their license due to the drugs you have to take after the surgery?

Hi Judy,
I am 13 yrs post double lung transplant. Still on prednisone so maybe that helping me. Mild Arthritis but not what you describe. Did have Ganglion Cyst in my little finger. And I think one starting in my wrist in last couple days but those may not be transplant related as I have to do a lot of keying with my job so is hard on that hand.
I have not seen any posts on this site for a very long time (other than spam and ads), so I hope someone responds that can help you.
