We are planning an interactive session this Tuesday for all 15 planners:
"Know your lines"
All 15 planners to come prepared with their planned/rehearsed/scripted lines/questions/answers for:
1. What do you do?
2. Prospecting Lines/Ideas
3. Invitation scripts for 3 options - Close friend /relative; Friend whose dream you know;Acquaintance.
4. Handling Objections during telephone invite:
Tell me something about your business/project
Before we meet, I need to know something on the phone.
Is this Amway?
5. Handling Objections during the plan
Saturated
Scheme/Scam/Pyramid
Won't work for me
My friends are different.
6. Getting the Follow Up - What do you say?
7. Handling Objections during follow up:
No Time
Not my cup of tea(coffee)
Don't want money
Don't have money
What will people say (if they know I am in Amway)
I know many people who failed in this business.
Cannot sell
Don't want to sell
Don't want to take advantage of my friends
Any other thoughts that merit discussion. Only on the job(real life while doing the plan/follow up etc.) scenarios/situations to be discussed/explained/shared - No "theory" wanted.
Special half hour one on one session for the two distributorships with the most prepared or most rehearsed and duplicable ideas which can be shared with the whole group.
