Adding Yu et al. 2025 "50 km high SAI" paper to HPAC list of Global SAI references

Dear Colleagues,

Though this paper has been sent out to the HPAC list, it seems useful to flag it again as it appears that it's findings could be quite important. 

Somehow this abstract seems a bit clearer and more on point than when I last read it, though I do recall the reduced lower stratosphere warming and water vapor accumulation bit.
