If anyone is in or around Phoenix Arizona tomorrow there is a bill in the legislature that would ban SRM that’s having a hearing. 

See the email below. 

The chemtrails anti-Geoengineering folks will be out in force. I’m just about equally certain that the pro SRM Community will be absent. 

In large part because there is no active pro SRM community and as I have written multiple times there is no well funded pro direct climate cooling entity in the US or elsewhere that defends cooling against these kinds of attacks. 

As long as this extraordinary power imbalance continues the chances of having any kind of breakthrough in support at the highest levels for cooling will remain minimal at best.
