Jeffrey Nielsen is a trained national security strategist with military
experience in North America, Europe, West Asia, and East Asia. He
researched international climate change security at the US Army's
Command and General Staff College before publishing in Oxford Open
Climate Change. He will be presenting his recent paper: Nielsen. 2025.
