Hallo Team- 

The availability of ORT corner registers was identified as a major gap in the management of diarrhoea in children under the age of five years at facility level. It was with a sense of urgency that we were requested to support the printing of ORT corner registers during the Diarrhoea Treatment Scale Up planning sessions held at respective counties in the month of July.  Am therefore pleased to inform you that we have managed to print the registers and are ready to have them shipped. 

Kindly use the attached template to indicate the quantities and shipping addresses. For convenience, we are willing to send the registers directly to the Sub county/district level, therefore feel free to provide all the necessary details. 

Please do your best to send the above information by Wednesday this week- October 9th, 2013.
