Dear former PDPHS,

As communicated earlier, the trainings for polio microplanning training for County health teams will be done next week on Wed 23rd to Friday 25th October. The trainings will be organized into 12 regions and several counties will be trained in one region. Am therefore attaching a file with several sheets containing the details of the trainings so that you can urgently forward to all the other County Directors in your region.

Four officers are invited for this trainings(Director, Surveillance, EPI and Record officers) and people are expected to travel to the venues on Tuesday 22nd October. Per diem will be provided by the national trainers.

Am also attaching the microplanning tool that will be used for the trainings.

Kindly forward this mail urgently today to all the County Directors in your region
