COUNTY STRATEGIC PLAN

I pray that this finds all of you well. I am a little fine.

I would like to communicate that i will again be out of Hola this week. I lost my grandfather and we will be laying him to rest on Saturday 05th October 2013. I am therefore in Kisumu preparing for this and also sorting out some of my personal,family and professional issues. On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday i will be in Nairobi for the Nascop meeting at Panari. I will also attend the National Polio SIA review meeting after which i will rush back for the burial then start the journey to Tana River.

I appreciate that most of the team members have various official engagements this week. I am writing to advise that starting next week we block activities out of the station to embark on the task of developing the Strategic plan. The process has already started with some areas already captured. But completing this tedious task will require that we be committed and focused. Any other activity that can be postponed should be. The team will need to be expanded right from health facilities to the sub-counties and county team.
