New healthscapes.org frontpage

There's a new healthscapes.org front-page in the pipeline. Rachel
(breezer00) has been working on an HTML5/CSS3 version (http://bit.ly/
e0WBXJ). The sorry state of the frontpage has been a longtime pet
peeve, that has finally bubbled up the priority list. The news feed on
the front page will include google group notices, twitter messages,
etc... This will make our goings-on more apparent for visitors.
Any suggestions or recommendations for additional content, layout or
pages would be greatly appreciated. The source code can be found at:
