A bug report was filed on the step-by-step instructions.

Could folks please test the map interface:

using the step-by-step instructions at :
http://www.healthscapes.org/welcome/default/steps

Please comment on this post if you encounter problems. We're migrating
ticketing from Bitbucket to Trac and the tools aren't plugged in yet.

The bug is that there is an error message instead of a bar graph on
completion of the steps.
