Asit happens, the firmware update corrected the feature on your Navman as the MiVue750 is designed not to have a Live View. It is because the MiVue750 already has a screen to adjust the camera angle.
You're welcome, Owens R. If you have any other queries, please do not hesitate to contact us at

Regarding the Mivue 750 that keeps turning off, it seems that it has something to do with the LCD Standby settings wherein you can set a timer to automatically turn the screen off. If the indicator light is lit up and the screen goes off, please check the LCD Standby Settings. To do this, go to Menu > System > LCD Standby. You have the option to select, Always On.
The Live View feature of the MiVUE Pro app is not available for your device. This is due to your device has a screen already to adjust the camera angle. The live view is for other dash cameras with different platform. Sorry for the confusion.
However, if you also wish to be alerted when you exceeded the posted speed limit and entered a school zone, you may want to check our combo devices like DRIVEDUO 2.0, DRIVE DUO SUV AND BIG RIG DUO. These devices have those features as well as the safety camera alert.
We would also like to provide additional information regarding this concern. The computer should detect the SD card as a Removable Drive while it is inserted into the dash camera. Please note that the computer will not detect the Mivue750 as a mass storage. The computer will only detect the SD card that is inserted on the Mivue 750.
If the SD card is not detected by the computer, you may try other USB ports or another USB cable to isolate the problem. Please make sure to connect the camera directly to the computer and not to a USB hub. Performing a hard reset may also help in resolving the problem. To reset, you may refer to the link below:

Hi Dale M., Please note to use only the supplied in-car charger (not the USB cable to computer) to charge the unit in the car. USB cable emits lower than required power compared to the car charger. Due to that, it's possible that your unit is now recognizing the USB cable as connected to computer only and not for charging.
there are quite a few things that could possibly cause this, and it may require some in-depth troubleshooting. could you please private message us with your contact details, so we can have one of our local senior tech specialists contact you to discuss this further?
in the meantime, Please make sure the memory card you are using is a compatible card. We have found some cards are NOT compatible with ALL Dash Cameras (Such as SanDisk Ultra, SanDisk Extreme and Samsung Evo cards). For information on this, please see the link below:
